Meet Myra C. Selby.

In January, 2016, President Obama nominated her to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. A highly qualified candidate, who had previously served on the Indiana Supreme Court, her NOMINATION WAS NEVER BROUGHT BEFORE THE SENATE, leaving the seat vacant for more than a year.

When her nomination expired, Amy Coney Barrett (who had NEVER PREVIOUSLY SERVED ON THE BENCH) was quickly nominated by President Trump, and installed on the Seventh Circuit. Yeah.

Amy Coney Barrett. Who has now been nominated to replace RBG on the Supreme Court. Judge Barrett has a little over 3 years experience serving as a judge. In a position that was basically stolen from a much more qualified Black woman.
